Relational Psychotherapist
“It is only with the heart that one can see rightly; what is essential is invisible to the eye.”
– The Little Prince
Hello, I’m a UKCP-registered Integrative Psychotherapist. I offer a warm, accepting space where you can bring whatever you’re facing — without fear of judgement. My approach is relational, non-pathologising, and tailored to you as a unique individual. As someone with ADHD, I understand what it’s like to navigate the world with a neurodivergent mind — the challenges, the creativity, and the misunderstandings that can come with it. This lived experience informs how I work, particularly with clients exploring ADHD, autism, or other forms of neurodivergence.I work in an authentic, down-to-earth way, always aiming to create a space where you can feel safe, heard, and respected. Outside of therapy, I find joy in simple things — swimming, yoga, reading, and noticing the small moments that bring connection and calm.
I support adults with a range of issues, including:ADHD and autism (with additional training in both)Complex and developmental trauma (C-PTSD)Anxiety and depressionFamily and relationship difficultiesBoarding School Syndrome and early attachment disruptionsI believe that therapy is about understanding how past experiences shape our present — and finding new ways forward when old patterns no longer serve us.Sessions are 1 hour long and typically take place weekly or fortnightly. I don’t give advice or tell you what to do — instead, I offer a collaborative, supportive space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace. The therapeutic relationship is central to the work, and I tailor my approach to meet your individual needs.
If you’re considering therapy and want to see if we’re a good fit, I’d love to hear from you.
You’re welcome to get in touch with any questions or to arrange an initial session — there’s no pressure or commitment. I understand how important it is to find a therapist you feel comfortable with, and I’m happy to have a brief phone or email conversation before booking anything in.
